We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting our products or services from within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to close sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads. Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers. Present and promote company products/services to new and existing clients. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other internal teams to meet customer needs. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
