Role Description We are seeking a Logistics Documentation Manager to join our dynamic shipping and logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will manage all documentation processes for international shipmentsensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions for customs, freight, and regulatory clearances. Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify shipping and export/import documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.). Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA agents, and transporters for document processing. Ensure timely submission of documents to customs, port authorities, and clients. Maintain compliance with international shipping laws, trade regulations, and internal SOPs. Liaise with clients regarding documentation status and shipping instructions. Update internal systems with documentation status and maintain digital records. Resolve discrepancies or delays related to documentation. Support audits and maintain logs for customs, banking (LCs), and legal documentation. Requirements 23 years of experience in logistics/shipping documentation (preferably in freight forwarding or NVOCC). Strong knowledge of export-import documentation procedures (Air & Sea). Familiar with INCOTERMS, HS Codes, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit, EDI systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and logistics software (ERP/TMS). Attention to detail, process-oriented, and strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shipping environment.
