About Us: Shreeji Education Zone is an AI-integrated, student-centered institute focused on self-paced, independent learning. We dont follow the traditional classroom model. Instead of lectures, we empower students to learn on their own while mentors act as guidessupporting them when needed, tracking their growth, and helping them develop problem-solving and self-management skills. About the Role: Were looking for a versatile, committed, and adaptive guide who can support students in IGCSE Maths & Science, along with basic support in other subjects (English, Social Studies) up to Grade 10. This is not a traditional teaching jobyou wont be taking lectures. Instead, youll work one-on-one or in small groups to: Solve doubts Track their progress Help them stay consistent Encourage independent learning Key Responsibilities: Track Daily School Work: Ensure each student is completing school assignments and homework. Use sheets or trackers to update progress and concerns. Mentor in Core Subjects: Guide students through Maths & Science (IGCSE level). Offer help in English and Social Studies (basic support till Grade 10). Create and Curate Resources: Build lesson plans, formula sheets, and question banks. Use online sources to find useful material when needed. Promote Independent Learning: Encourage students to try before asking for answers. Step in only when necessaryyou are a guide, not a lecturer. Motivate and Support: Be polite, calm, and encouraging in all interactions. Celebrate small wins, address fears and laziness positively. Tech and AI Readiness: Be open to using and learning digital and AI-based tools. Track student behavior, queries, and goals using tools we provide. Help students adopt tools for better learning. What Were Looking For: Strong base in IGCSE Maths & Science Basic comfort with English & Social Studies till Grade 10 Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and use digital tools Strong communication, politeness, patience, and empathy Positive, motivating attitude towards students Able to manage trackers, progress logs, and schedules Preferred Qualification: Bachelors degree in Science, Education, or related field Experience with IGCSE or similar boards is a plus Freshers welcome if they have the right attitude and fast learning ability Work Culture: No lectures only mentorship and problem-solving Use of AI-based trackers, tools, and platforms Student-first environment Flexible, respectful, growth-oriented team Why Join Us Because youll help build a new kind of educationwhere students dont just study, but learn how to learn.
