Job Description:
We are looking for a Maximo Consultant with solid experience in implementing and supporting IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in configuration, workflows, automation scripts, and integration with other enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize IBM Maximo modules based on business requirements

Develop and manage workflows, escalations, domains, and automation scripts

Handle asset management, work order, and preventive maintenance processes

Provide support and resolve incidents, issues, and service requests

Work closely with cross-functional teams for data migration and system integration

Create technical documentation and user manuals for custom developments

Participate in testing, UAT, and production deployments
Skills Required:
-
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo
-
Good knowledge of Maximo architecture, BIRT reports, MBOs, and application designer

Experience in SQL scripting, Java customization, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
-
Understanding of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) best practices

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
