Job Description

HVAC Technician responsibilities Conducting routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps. Recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning, and refrigeration systems Performing installations of new heating and cooling systems. Maintaining accurate records of equipment repairs and maintenance. Troubleshooting issues with electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems. Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufactures recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication etc Make rounds of all equipment rooms indentify and repairing any potential problems and keep the systems and rooms clean. Keeping detailed records of work performed and parts used. Explaining maintenance procedures to customers and providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while on job sites. Any other duties as assigned.
