We are looking for Human Resources Recruitment for a Work-From-Office (WFO) Role at our Gwalior

Location : Roxy Pull ( Maharaj Bada )

Experience : Fresher

salary : 10K to 13K per month (Depending on Interview )

Positions open : 30

Shift 10:30 to 7:30 ( 9 hours shift 1 hour Break )

Walkin Interview on Monday to Friday Time ( 3 Pm to 6 PM)

Interview can be scheduled after the HR Round

Job Description:

• Executive Search on Mandates received from clients for Mid-Management to Sr. Management, both IT & Non-IT.
• Conduct Secondary research on the Industry Sector, company and competitors role using the Internet.
• Source relevant candidates using databases, jobsites, LinkedIn, Headhunting, job postings etc.
• Coordinate with clients to organize interview, Counsel Candidates.
• Initiate and also assist in Business Development Activities of the Firm.
• Individual Contributor role, which reports to the Founder & CEO.
