You should possess 3-8 years of experience in HR operations within the IT Services & Consulting industry. Your main responsibilities will include managing end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes, drafting and issuing offer letters, employment agreements, and other HR documents, ensuring timely collection and maintenance of employee records and documentation, coordinating with external vendors for background verification (BGV), overseeing the exit process including exit interviews and final settlements, ensuring adherence to HR compliance protocols and labor laws, maintaining HR data integrity, and generating reports for management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Excel, and related tools, exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, possess attention to detail, and showcase problem-solving abilities.
