You must have expertise in Training Program Development, Legal Compliance, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR profile within the IT industry. This position is based at the IT Futurz Office in Althan, Surat. Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Surat will be given preference.
