Job Description
As a part of the Recruitment & Onboarding team, your responsibilities will include developing job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms. You will be screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, conducting employee onboarding and orientation sessions will be a crucial part of your role. In the realm of Employee Relations, you will act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. It will be your responsibility to promote a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing team-building activities and employee engagement programs. For Performance Management, you will be tasked with implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems. Collaborating with department heads to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assisting in training and career development planning will be essential. Maintaining accurate employee records such as attendance, leaves, and salary details is imperative. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, as well as coordinating with the accounts team for timely salary disbursement, will be part of your routine. In HR Operations, you will maintain the HRMS/employee database, develop and update HR policies and procedures, and monitor workplace health & safety practices.
