Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Thodupuzha. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training and development programs, and handling any workplace disputes or issues. The Human Resources Manager will also work closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives. This roll specially have experieced with Hotel and Restaurant only Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Knowledge of labor laws and compliance Ability to develop and implement HR policies and manage employee benefits Experience in conducting training and development programs Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with management,
