We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function across recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will be responsible for creating a positive workplace culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and managing all people-related operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management Establish and enforce company policies, processes, and compliance practices Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution Lead performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback initiatives Foster employee engagement and retention through wellness and recognition programs Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately Ensure labor law compliance and handle audits/inspections if required Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with operational goals Qualifications Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience (37 years) as an HR Manager or similar role Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Experience with HR software/tools Shift: UK Shift (1 PM IST to 11 PM IST),
