Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). Develop HR strategies and ensure compliance. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Oversee health & safety policies and labor law compliance. Drive performance management and culture initiatives.
