Position: HR Manager Location: Tamil Nadu | Company: Bestmummy Sweet & Cakes Experience: 5+ Years | Industry: Food & Bakery (15 outlets, 40 years legacy ) About the Role :We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function across all our 15 outlets. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, managing employee relations, streamlining recruitment, and ensuring complianceall while supporting our brands mission of delivering excellence every day .
