Location: Kochi Exp Level: 5 to 7 years Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Kochi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring that the organizations HR operations are efficient, aligned to business objectives, and comply with legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. The Manager will also be involved in employee training and development, HR analytics and reporting, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and performance management Experience in employee relations and resolving workplace issues Proficiency in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws Skills in employee training and development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage HR analytics and reporting Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the IT industry is a plus Proficiency with HR software and MS Office,
