Minimum Qualification: B.A, MBA (HR) or Any Graduation Job description (4-7 Yrs Experience) 1. HR Experience: 4 to 7 Years 2. Should have worked on a Textile company or related industry. 3. Will oversee all human resource operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives in the textile industry 4. This role requires a dynamic leader skilled in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced manufacturing / trading environment. 5. Experience of handling multiple office locations in Bengaluru. 6. Experience of handling HR operations on a day-to-day basis. 7. Experience of handling Resources both fulltime and contract staff 8. Should be very well versed with MS Excel.
