As a Senior HR Recruiter at Carnot, you will play a vital role in our Human Resources department by managing the full-cycle recruiting and operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, utilizing various channels to source potential candidates, designing interview and selection procedures, and participating in career events. You will be instrumental in leading employer branding initiatives and nurturing long-term relationships with both past applicants and potential candidates. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 5 years of total work experience with a minimum of 3 years in recruiting. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in English is a must. You will be expected to work in person during day shifts. This position is a 6-month contract role with the potential for a full-time permanent position.
