Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern Location: New Delhi Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our Human Resources department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly in recruitment and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a keen willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Immediate availability is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth interview processes. Support the new employee onboarding process, including documentation Learn to manage and maintain HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Help with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling. Learn to prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics as required. Stay updated on HR best practices and relevant labor laws. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus but not mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
