Job Description
You will be supporting the team to ensure a positive employee and candidate experience while assisting in various People Operations & Administration activities. This internship offers valuable exposure to core functions and the possibility of converting to a full-time employee based on performance. Your main responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, posting job openings on social media and job portals, managing the recruitment and selection process, aiding in background verification and onboarding processes, addressing employee queries, fostering a positive work environment, and organizing employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate for this role is a final year student pursuing Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent Post Graduate Diploma. Recent graduates from 2023-2024 are also eligible to apply. Key skills required for this position are excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, knowledge of general HR policies and practices, problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset with a focus on results, and a willingness to work in a team.
