This internship will offer hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the Human Resources field. Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Help with maintaining and updating HR databases, records, and documentation. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives. Support the HR team with performance management and training initiatives. Participate in HR-related projects such as policy development and process improvements. Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new tools. A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
