Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: - Assist in daily HR operations, including document management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files. - Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing interview schedules. - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and stored. 2. Data Management: - Handle the collection, entry, and maintenance of HR-related data. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity, regularly updating records as needed. 3. Employee Onboarding: - Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. - Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and properly documented. 4. Communication & Coordination: - Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, providing information and assistance as needed. - Support internal communication efforts, including drafting emails and announcements. - Coordinate with colleges and educational institutions to facilitate internship and job placement opportunities for students and graduates. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Google workspace. - Familiarity with Excel and MS word. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Strong data management skills.
