TechCurators is looking for an HR intern ! We are seeking an ideal HR who excels in frequent interpersonal engagements and adeptly assesses candidates" potential through insightful questioning. Strong organizational skills are crucial for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, a commitment to surpassing assigned quotas is essential. If you are skilled in networking, possess excellent organizational abilities, and are goal-oriented. Stipend: 10-12k (fixed +variable)/month Duration: 3-4 Months Location: Janakpuri West, West Delhi Working Hours: 10:45 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Roles and Responsibilities HR Intern will be responsible for prompt and effective sourcing of candidates through internet research, internal databases, job boards phone calls, referrals, networking, and other strategies. He/ she will use social networks and research to build an internal database and possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions HR intern will be handling multiple job requirements in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a high energy level, be self-starters, and be comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a group of experienced teams. Eligibility Comfortable with In-office internship at our Delhi office. Effective Communication skills Candidates pursuing BBA/MBA or prior experience as an HR intern preferred.
