Job Title: HR Intern (HRMS Project Development) Location: Saket Job Type: Internship Duration: [3-6 months] Reports to: HR Project Manager About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist in the development and implementation of our new Human Resource Management System (HRMS). This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes, project management, and systems implementation, offering valuable insights into the integration of technology in HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in HRMS Development: Collaborate with the HR team and IT department to gather requirements, design workflows, and assist in the development of the HRMS. Data Collection and Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of HR data to ensure accurate and efficient migration into the new HRMS. Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, identify issues, and work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve them. Documentation: Help in documenting the processes, user manuals, and training materials related to the HRMS. Training Support: Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for HR staff on the new system. User Support: Provide support to HR team members during the initial implementation phase of the HRMS. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and the HRMS based on user feedback and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HR processes and systems; familiarity with HRMS. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns; proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.,
