Job Description
As a Recruitment Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes tasks such as searching and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and screenings, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating deployments, monitoring attendance, and conducting follow-ups. You will also be handling Full & Final settlements (FNF) and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
