Job Description

The Human Resources Executive will manage and coordinate various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Executive will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.


  • Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a positive work culture and maintain employee satisfaction through regular engagement activities.
  • Payroll and Attendance Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, leave management, and documentation.
  • Performance Management:
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
  • Support managers and employees with performance feedback and goal-setting activities.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs, organize, and coordinate professional development sessions.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • Compliance and HR Administration:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases efficiently.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Implement and update HR policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly to employees regarding policy updates and procedures.
  • Exit Process and Documentation:
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage the employee separation process, and maintain proper documentation.
