Company Description We are a leading TMT Bar producer of South India having three operating units at Kurnool , Bellary and Hyderabad. This requirement is for our State of the Art recently setup Kurnool plant where we need MBA with HR candidates having 2-3 Years of experience . Role Description This is a full-time on-site role of Human Resources Executive in Kurnool. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws, implement HR policies, and support organizational development initiatives. The Ideal candidate must have. Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy .
