Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, promote a positive work culture, and handle grievances. Performance Management: Assist in appraisals, employee evaluations, and training programs. HR Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies to align with company goals. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate employee training sessions. HR Administration: Maintain employee records and handle documentation efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR roles (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
