Monitor compliance with Indian labor laws and client requirements (e.g., Walmart, FCCA). Prepare and manage documentation for social compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, FCCA). Maintain updated records: attendance, wages, contracts, ID proofs, etc. Ensure audit readiness and coordinate during third-party inspections. Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Conduct employee training on code of conduct, grievance policy, and safety.
