Job Description: HR Coordinator Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala, India Company: Alpha Healthcare Clinics Type: Full-time, Work-from-office Role Overview: The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in managing and streamlining the human resources operations at Alpha Healthcare Clinics. This role involves ensuring efficient HR practices, maintaining compliance with employment laws, supporting employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Coordinator will collaborate with management to implement HR policies, oversee recruitment, and handle employee relations while supporting the companys expansion and workforce needs. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and aligned with the company's values and goals. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. HR Compliance and Records Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies. Ensure adherence to local and international HR regulations and standards, especially in relation to Saudi healthcare requirements. Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing relevant workshops, courses, or other learning opportunities. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries. Policy Development and Implementation: Help design, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Participate in policy reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements. Administrative Responsibilities: Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and prepare necessary documentation for management. Handle general office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems. Support the planning and execution of company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building programs. Qualifications: Proven experience in human resources or related administrative roles. Familiarity with HR software and tools. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is a plus.
