Employee Records and Documentation: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR software. - Assist with performance reviews, promotions, and status change documentation. Employee Relations: - Assist employees with inquiries regarding company policies and benefits. - Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. - Help resolve minor employee issues or conflicts, escalating them as necessary. Training and Development: - Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs. - Track participation and performance in training sessions. Benefits Administration: - Help manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Compliance and Reporting: - Assist with ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR regulations. - Maintain records for audits and reporting purposes.
