BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Administrator to manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions at our Mumbai office. You will handle employee relations, office management, grievance handling, and ensure smooth operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Your KRAs will include the following: Manage employee relations, address concerns, and mediate grievances. Support HR operations, including maintaining employee records and attendance. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Oversee office operations, manage supplies, and ensure a productive environment. Coordinate meetings, events, and maintain office facilities. Handle vendor management and oversee office maintenance and safety. Support employee engagement activities and wellness programs YOU SHOULD POSSESS: Bachelor's / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in HR administration or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.,
