Job Description

Responsibilities in Details :-

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews

·        Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs

·        Conduct initial interviews and reference checks

·        Manage onboarding formalities and induction programs


2. Employee Records & HRIS Maintain and update employee records in the HR Management System (HRMS)

·        Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of personal data


3. Payroll & Benefits Support payroll processing (attendance, leave, overtime tracking)

·        Coordinate benefits programs

·        Handle employee queries related to compensation


4. Training & Development Identify training needs in collaboration with managers

·        Organize training sessions or workshops

·        Track employee progress and gather feedback


5. Performance Management Assist in setting up appraisal systems and KPIs

·        Help in performance review cycles

·        Document and track performance outcomes


6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Address employee concerns and escalate if necessary

·        Promote a positive work environment

·        Organize team-building activities or engagement programs


7. HR Compliance Ensure compliance with internal policies

·        Prepare HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, exit letters, etc.)

·        Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)


8. Policy Implementation Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures

·        Suggest improvements to existing HR policies


9. Exit Management Conduct exit interviews

·        Handle resignation formalities and full & final settlements

·        Analyze attrition trends.
