IT-Software / Software Services 1 position Experience : 2-4 Years Location : Gurugram, Haryana Eligibility : Graduation Roles & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end contractual hiring efforts to fulfill client-specific resource requirements within defined timelines. Partner with internal talent acquisition teams and external vendors to source, screen, and onboard contractual staff efficiently. Ensure proper documentation, offer issuance, and background verification for all contract hires. Collaborate with clients to understand project-based or time-bound workforce needs and develop hiring plans accordingly. Maintain a talent pipeline of pre-vetted contract professionals for quick ramp-up on urgent project requirements. Coordinate with delivery and client-facing teams to ensure timely joining, onboarding, and productivity of hired contractors. Monitor contract validity, renewal cycles, and proactively manage extension or offboarding processes.
