Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
• Support the recruitment process by providing placement assistance and identifying suitable candidates for various roles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and HR processes.
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and a keen understanding of client needs.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
