As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the recruitment process, employee onboarding, maintaining records, and handling employee relations matters. Additionally, you will provide administrative support by preparing reports, maintaining files, and organizing HR events. To excel in this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
