Job Description
Here is the JD: A MUST: Excellent communication skills and a Good Attitude Talent Acquisition: Assisting in hiring suitable candidates for our hiring vertical Interviewing Junior to middle level candidates Sourcing potential candidates from various channels Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers in excel sheet by EOD. Currently our clients are in the Insurance, manufacturing and IT Sectors. Advisory Services: Assist in the advisory services offered to clients abroad i.e preparing reports, documents etc related to HR functions. You would also assist in the following functions: Learning & Development: Coordinating training workshops in India and abroad (should be willing to travel) Provide logistics support to the facilitator during training workshops Business development- client meetings Preparing proposal and PPT.,
