Job Requirements
The HubSpot Developer will work with the Client Services team to help our clients optimize HubSpot
Implement HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, CMS, and Operations Hub
Hands-on experience in HubDb.
Migration from different CRMs to HubSpot.
Should be able to create an implementation plan as per the Clients business model.
Be the go-to person for any HubSpot-related questions or issues that come up.
Design and implement scalable HubSpot automation architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
Optimize HubSpot accounts to improve processes, automation, and data hygiene.
Troubleshoot bugs, sync errors & provide recommendations.
Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)
Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
Create custom reports and dashboards to track client KPIs and sales performance
Support growth as a thought leader for HubSpot
This is a mid-level, non-managerial role. Full-time candidates only. This role is fully remote except for a few team get-togethers throughout the year.
CMS: Bonus if you have experience in optimizing HubSpot CMS to ensure a seamless user experience, creating and updating custom themes, website pages, landing pages, CTAs, Monitoring performance,analyzing key metrics, and staying current with industry trends to implement best practices and enhance website functionality.
Preferred candidate profile
Role requires someone with an optimistic view, who is eager to learn, and happy to help others leverage our CRM platform
- Proficiency in the CRM software. Minimum 5+ years in CRM administration and customizations.
- Working hours: 3:00 PM - 01:30 AM IST.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (working language)
- Strong background in business analysis, technical data management, and a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM.
- Attention to detail is required for migrating and importing data to align with enterprise standards
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, requirements, design, development, enhancements, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of features available in the Sales Enterprise paid seat.
- Experience with HubSpot Service Hub, including a Service Professional paid seat, is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot integrations, API connections, and third-party tools.
Required Experience:
- B.Tech/ B.E/ MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of CRM Administration experience. Prior experience with HubSpot is mandatory.
- HubSpot certifications would be a plus
