Hub Manager Shadowfax Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Overseeing and supervising hub staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment. 
• Logistics Coordination:
• Managing the movement of goods in and out of the hub, coordinating transportation schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. 
• Inventory Management:
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring proper storage and handling of goods, and managing the receiving and dispatching processes. 
• Operational Efficiency:
• Ensuring all hub operations are conducted according to established procedures and safety guidelines, optimizing workflows, and resolving any operational challenges. 
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints related to hub operations. 
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Preparing and submitting reports on hub performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and contributing to operational efficiency. 
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents. 
• Training and Development:
• Facilitating training for new hires, ensuring all team members are aware of operational standards, and providing ongoing support for skill development. 
• Financial Management:
• May be involved in petty cash management, cash reconciliation, and other financial tasks related to hub operations. 
• Vendor Management:
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet performance standards, and resolving any issues related to their services.
