As part of this Hire, Train, and Deploy (HTD) model assignment, you will play a crucial role in deploying industry-ready candidates from ITM Skills University to various Corporates. We are looking for energetic individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to engage in meaningful conversations, and the knack for mentoring young students to help them forge a successful career path in diverse fields. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from 3 to 4 lacs, along with additional incentives and corporate benefits. As a prospective candidate, you should hold a graduate or postgraduate degree and demonstrate proficiency in communication. Knowledge of the local languages such as Marathi or Gujarati will be considered an added advantage.
