Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Trainee. The HR Trainee will be responsible for assisting with HR-related functions such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The HR Trainee will also support daily administrative tasks, data entry, maintaining employee records, and coordinating HR projects.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits

Personnel Management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
