Manage employee records and ensure accurate data entry into HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Coordinate HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and certificates. Prepare and submit reports required by regulatory agencies Identify opportunities for automation and digital solutions to streamline HR processes. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with employee information. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR shared services Knowledge of relevant labor laws and tax regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
