Job Description
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
