Job Title: Junior Recruiter FMCG, CLOUD KITCHEN, Retail Hiring Location: [Bengaluru] Department: Human Resources Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with prior experience in retail hiring to support our growing team. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across our retail operations from store staff to front-line executives. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles (e.g., sales associates, store managers, cashiers). Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality retail talent. Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives when needed. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail , cloud kitchen or high-volume hiring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is a plus.
