We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with internal teams to meet hiring goals. Key Responsibilities:

? Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders or clients

? Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals

? Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

? Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

? Maintain candidate database and prepare reports

? Follow up with candidates post-interview and during onboarding

? Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Key Skills Required:

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

? Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS systems

? Ability to manage multiple open positions at once

? Target-driven, organized, and proactive
