Develop And Maintain A Network Of Potential Candidates For Future Hiring Needs. Skills And Qualifications:Proven Experience In Recruitment, Preferably With Experience In The Gulf Region.Strong Understanding Of Visa Procedures, Trade Testing, And Documentation For Gulf Countries.Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Negotiation Skills.Proficiency In Using Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools.Ability To Work Under Pressure And Manage Multiple Recruitment Processes Simultaneously.Familiarity With Gulf Labor Laws And Cultural Norms.Bachelors Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field (Preferred).
