We are looking for an at least 6 month experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and manage international hiring processes. In this role, you will:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for international positions across various functions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies and networks.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the hiring process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles.
Working days: 5.5 (Alternate sat and fixed Sunday off)
