POSITION : HR RECRUITER
SALARY - NEGOTIABLE
JOB DESCRIPTIION : -
Identify and attract candidates, create job postings, conduct screenings and interviews, and manage candidate negotiations
Screening & Interviewing: Reviews resumes, conducts phone screenings, and schedules interviews.
Direct Approach: Contacts candidates from competitors or related industries.
Negotiation & Candidate Management: Helps negotiate salaries, benefits, and job offers
Industry Research & Market Analysis: Provides insights on salary trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies.
Candidates having experience in Overseas Recruitment Industry is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Good knowledge job portals,
Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
2 to 5 Years of experience.
