Job Description
You will be joining us as an HR Recruiter with the following responsibilities: - Utilize your minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitments to source, screen, and hire candidates effectively. - Demonstrate strong listening skills to understand the needs and preferences of potential candidates. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. - Maintain accurate individual employee records to ensure compliance and efficient HR operations. - Support the HR team with administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of HR functions. - Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve common recruitment goals. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) is required. Master's in Business Administration (MBA) will be considered a plus.
