Excellent IT skills and computer literacy essential. Familiar with all Microsoft applications particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Recruitment
Writing and posting job openings: Write job descriptions and post them in various places, such as Naukri and social media.
Finding and contacting potential candidates: Use a variety of methods to find potential candidates, such as searching and networking.
Screening candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires.
Building a candidate database: Maintain a database of candidates and those who have left the organization.
Negotiating terms and conditions: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions.
