You will be joining Universal Hunt, a leading Human Resources Solutions provider with a diverse portfolio of online and offline products and services. With over 5000 clients spanning across 80 industries and 50 countries, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates from multiple delivery centers in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru. As a Business Consultant, your key responsibilities will include handling End-to-End recruitment consulting, encompassing Talent Search, Headhunting, Business Development, and Client Coordination in both Indian and international markets. You will be entrusted with identifying the most suitable talent aligned with client requirements through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and headhunting techniques. Your role will involve interviewing candidates, conducting skill assessments, verifying references, and guiding them throughout the selection process. Moreover, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, manage job requirements, and provide feedback to the team. Your role will also focus on expanding the business by identifying new client companies with job openings. Therefore, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and motivate others effectively. You should be proficient in networking, sourcing new candidates, and presenting information convincingly. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you must be adaptable to changing business requirements and capable of multitasking efficiently to meet deadlines consistently.
