Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR department. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements for various departments and job roles

• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Schedule interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates

• Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates

• Coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

• Promote company culture and employment brand during interactions with candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 13 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a similar industry)

• Familiarity with hiring portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
